Not at all 🤍 You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga or Pilates. Yoga and Pilates  is actually how you become more flexible over time. All levels are welcome at C Flow Yoga, including complete beginners.

All our classes are suitable for beginners ✨ We always offer variations and encourage you to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and listen to your body.

Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in 🤍 We provide everything at the studio, so you don’t need to bring anything.
